Report a concern
Use this process to report a privacy concern, security vulnerability, or suspected misuse or exposure of information connected to Savvy Brands' website or Amazon marketplace and advertising services.
Send a report
Email jfrost@savvybrandswin.com with the subject Security or privacy report. Include your contact information, the affected page or service, when you noticed the issue, and enough detail to help us investigate.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment details, or other sensitive evidence in your first email. We will arrange a suitable way to receive sensitive material if it is needed.
How we handle reports
We record each report, assess its potential impact, and assign it for investigation. We acknowledge the report, may ask for more detail, and track containment and corrective actions through resolution. We document the outcome and notify affected parties or service providers when required.
We may limit details in our updates when disclosure would expose confidential customer information or create a security risk.
